Sales Support Specialist - Part-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm

Based at our Wine Cellars/Office in Pulborough, we’re a friendly bunch who take pride in what we do – and we’re looking for someone brilliant to join us!

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a super-organised, people-loving Sales Support Specialist to help keep our sales operation ticking along nicely. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero – supporting our sales team, chatting with customers, keeping the admin in shape, and making sure things run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing orders

  • Helping customers over telephone and email – friendly and reliable service is our thing

  • Keeping customer records and sales information up to date

  • Working with the team to make sure deliveries go without a hitch

  • Assisting with digital admin, amending customer lists, offers, and even the odd event or tasting

  • Pitching in wherever needed – we’re a small team that supports each other

What We’re Looking For

  • Organised, reliable and calm under pressure

  • Great communication skills (and a sense of humour never hurts)

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel and Outlook)

  • Experience in admin, customer service or sales support

  • An interest in wine – no need to be an expert, but we’d love it if you’re curious and keen to learn

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in the wine trade or a WSET qualification

  • Knowledge of E commerce

  • CRM or order management sales and stock processing systems experience
