Cà dei Frati I Frati Lugana shows a pale yellow in colour with a fresh perfume of white flowers, peaches, spice and candied fruits. `I Frati` Lugana has excellent depth and balance, with a crisp acidity and saline finish. Made from 100% Turbiana and fermented on lees in stainless steel tanks for up to 6 months, followed by 2 months in bottle before release.
