If we courier your order to you, your shipping address, email address and phone number will be uploaded to our courier's website to enable them to deliver your order. Our current couriers are APC and DPD.
Payments through our website are processed through Sagepay, our payment provider. Your information will be stored by them to enable the processing of your payment.
If you have subscribed to our marketing emails, either via the opt-in tick box at checkout, subscription box on our homepage, verbally or via a signup form, we will send you information about products and services of ours which we think would be of interest. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any point in the future.
We use a company called Dotmailer to send our email marketing. If you have consented to receiving marketing then your name and email address will be stored on their secure systems as well. This information will only be used by us and cannot be accessed by any other company. Our paper mailings are handled by The Mailing People so they will receive your name and address from us so we can send you our latest paper marketing, including The Grapevine. They do not share this information with any other company.
