The latest, limited edition bottling from the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Foursquare Touchstone is a marked blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 14 years of age. One aged 5 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels then transferred to Ex-Cognac Casks for 9 additional years, and a second aged 12 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels then transferred into Ex-Camus Cognac Casks for an additional 2 years.
Open and engaing with an abundance of dried tropical fruits (pineapple and peach) balanced alongside delicate sweet notes of caramel, dried sultanas, honeycomb and a lick of zesty seville orange on the finish. One to enjoy slowly!
