A delicious Bourgogne rouge from young winemaking superstar Maxim Cheurlin Noëllat. Fruit has been sourced from both Vosne-Romanee and Nuit-St-George vines of 60 and 30 years of age. Bright crunchy red fruits of strawberry, redcurrants and raspberry with an umami mushroom, forest floor and subtle spice finish. This is real gem that will improve with a bit more aged, though ready now. Pair with soft cheeses, venison burgers or duck dishes.
