Cordon Cut refers to a unique process which involves cutting the canes when the grapes are ripe, allowing the remaining fruit to concentrate and raisin naturally on the vine. It’s a complex, highly risky process requiring both skill and experience. This results in intense flavour and richness. Bright pale gold in colour with delicate yet intense floral, lemon curd, ripe lemon and caramel syrup flavours. Vibrant mineral acidity ensures it finishes bright, fresh and clean. This is oh so more-ish and will comfortably age.
