Da Vero Biologico Catarratto 2022 | Organic

A fantastically affordable organic Cataratto sourced from the north-west corner of Sicily. Guyot-trained vines some 500m above sea level. Stainless steel tank fermented, Da Vero Biologico Catarratto is bright and juicy with zingy citrus, grapefruit and subtle floral and fennel notes on the finish. Ever so clean on the finish, this will pair well with seafood dishes or risotto.
