Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with maturation taking place in a combination of French and Italian oak. Alasia Nebbiolo shows a lovely bright red in colour, with aromatics of dried red fruits, sweet spice and pepper. Crisp on the palate with fine-grained tannins and flavours of ripe red cherry and berry fruits, balanced by a lightly toasted, savoury finish. Alasia Nebbiolo offers exceptional value, quality and complexity. Pair with spicy charcuterie, rich pasta dishes or oven roasted pizza.
