Albourne Estate Blanc de Noirs 2013 is a multi-award-winning English Sparkling matured for a staggering 44 months on its lees. Made from 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir, the grapes are gently whole bunch pressed. Showing a beautiful rose-tinted colour, the nose is fresh and lively with raspberry, white chocolate and brioche characters. Rich and complex on the palate with mature autolytic characters of butter, brioche/bread and biscuit balances alongside vibrant red fruits and white chocolate on a long finish. A fantastic English Sparkling Wine, perfect enjoyed on its own or paired with scallops, game or strawberries and cream. Brilliant value too!
