Apollonio Salice Salentino 2021

Dark ruby in colour with a nose of blackberries, prunes, leather and barnyard notes. Full-bodied with concentrated fruit and smooth texture, it is well balanced to enjoy over the next 6-7 years. Aged for 6 months in small French and Russian oak barrels. The finish is long and velvety.
