Crafted from hand picked grapes early in the morning, with stainless steel tank fermentation and 5 months lees ageing. The nose is awash with fresh lime, citrus and ripe tropical stone fruits. Crisp and minerally driven on the palate, presenting lovely green apple and ripe citrus fruits flavours, finishing fresh and sea-breeze driven. Aquiline is an exceptional value South African Sauvignon, rounded off with an 11% abv too!
