Whilst dry Champagne is usually drunk before a meal, this demi-sec is perfect at the end or with the dessert. Made to the same blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier as the Brut but with a higher dosage after disgorgement. Attractive aromas of ripe apple, brioche and dried fruits. On the palate it is quite rich and full with flavours of apricot, fig, biscuit and notes of almond. There is good finesse, balancing acidity and a lingering off-dry finish.
