Beacon Down Bacchus Gris 2022

An exciting blend of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Bacchus from the beautiful 18ha estate in the South Down. Stainless steel tank fermented, Beacon Down is a fresh, fruit driven English still. Full of zingy citrus, elderflower and peach fruits with a lick of spice and minerality on the finish. Coming in at 10% abv, this is ever so quaffable.
