Old vines planted at high altitude (700+m), on the edge of the Spanish meseta, in granite and schist and a high silex content. This is a long-forgotten terroir which is now being rediscovered. Beyra tinto offers an unoaked expression of crunchy berry fruit and spice, with super acidity. Less on tannin, more on flavour.
