Neropasso Mabis Biscardo 2020 | Magnum

Ripe grapes are hand picked and the thinnest bunches are chosen, with the berries not too close one to another, so that the air can circulate. These are laid out in large perforated boxes to ensure excellent ventilation. The boxes are stacked in the fruttaio, a large airy room and the grapes undergo the Appassimento process. Once pressed, the wine is aged partly in steel tanks and partly in Tonneaux. The final wine is an intense ruby red with hints of cherry, black cherry and plum compÔte. The finish is fine and velvety with soft tannins at the end; a real customer favourite!
