Always a crowd pleaser and without doubt one of our most popular wines here at Hennings. Neropasso Mabis Biscardo is made from grapes that are slightly wilted before being picked and softly pressed. The wine is then aged and bottled. In the glass this shows an intense ruby red in colour, turning to garnet with ageing. The bouquet is spicy with hints of red and black with subtle plum compote. A fine and velvety palate, persistent, with soft tannins at the end and a long lingering finish. Pair with red meats, rich pasta dishes or charcuterie.
