Bodegas Amaren Tempranillo Reserva is a beautifully complex, structured and beguiling Rioja. 100% Tempranillo, this shows an inky black in colour. The nose and palate awash with concentrated black fruits, liquorice and subtle touches of creamy oak. The finish is structured, long and shows hints of roasted coffee and minerals undertones. A seriously good drop and perfectly matched alongside red meats, stews, fish with rich sauce and cured cheese.
