This is a lovely, well-priced Portuguese from the Quinta do Ribeiro Santo estate. Comprising of 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Alfrocheiro and 30% Tinta-Roriz. This is a great Portuguese red with crunchy red fruits of cherry, cranberry and redcurrant. The palate finishes with succulent mulberry and pepper notes. Full-bodied with fine tannins and a persistent mouthfeel. A fine young wine especially paired with Asian dishes such as duck with a sticky dressing.
