Château Canon La Gaffeliere 2000

A blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was aged in barriques (50% new) for 16 months before bottling unfiltered. From a legendary vintage in Bordeaux.
