Le C des Carmes Haut-Brion 2019

A blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 3% Petit Verdot, the 2019 Le C des Carmes Haut-Brion was made with 28% whole-bunch fermentation and has a pH of 3.7. It rolls effortlessly out of the glass with open scents of black cherries, cassis, and juicy blackberries with suggestions of clove oil, wild sage, and underbrush. Medium-bodied, delicately styled, and with a beautiful quiet intensity, it has plush tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing earthy.Drinking range: 2023 - 2035
