We had high hopes for this as we have stocked the brilliant Château Tirecul for a few years now. In reality though, how good could this third (behind Madame and Château) wine possibly be? Having finished the bottle off with a hastily assembled cheese board, we can confirm that it is utterly delicious! Amazing concentration of marmalade, honey and peach flavours with perfect acidity to cut through. As good a Semillon based sweetie as you'll find for under £40.
