Court Garden Ditchling White 2021

An intriguing blend Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, Ortega and a dash of Pinot Blanc added to the mix. You don't see many English wines with this blend (dependant on vintage), in fact this might be the first we've seen. If this is the blueprint though, it won't be the last. The grapes undergo stainless steel fermentation and ageing to maximise the pure, ripe fruit profie of the grapes. The finish is a light to medium bodied with aromas of gala melon, pear, lime and stone fruits. To taste this mirrors the fruits of the nose with a finish that is crisp and refreshing. Perfect with lightly spiced food or on it own.
