Created from the love of Sussex and Gin, Ditchling Gin is the end result. Made from only the best UK-sourced grain spirit and infused with locally foraged botanicals of coriander, juniper, orange, lemon, bitter almond and cassia bark from East Sussex. Distilled with pure Sussex spring water, the result is a magnificent Gin full of fresh citrus fruits and herbs, mingling with spices, juniper and a nutty complexity on the finish - so very refreshing!
