A relative new coming, Agnes Paquet has carved her way in the Côte de Beaune creating exciting, value driven regional wines. Auxey Duresses Rouge Les Hoz comes from the original plot of the estate; a 5 hectare, south facing plot in the hamlet of Auxey-Duresses in Melin. The wine is fresh and pure with a fine texture carried along by red and black fruits with spice on the finish. Slick, textural and fresh with a gentle tannin structure.
