From one of the finest appellations in France known for producing dry Chenin Blanc. Domaine FL has forty-three hectares of vines cared for and respected with organic and biodynamic means. Savennières La Croix Picot is formed on schist soil with hand-picking. No-malolactic fermentation takes place with 12-months of oak aging and 6-month further lees ageing. Structured and vibrant with pear, citrus and stone fruit flavours. Ripe and crystalline on a mineral finish. Pair with white meats, summer salads or seafood.
