Made from a family-run domain working 23 hectares of vineyard plantings. This has all the characteristics associated with the region - crisp and mineral with fresh green apple and citrus fruits. Generously rounded on the palate with a long finish. Pairs particularly well with summer salads, chicken dishes or simply on its own.
