Made from grapes harvested from a minute 1.2-hectare parcel, this is a darker expression of Fleurie. 10% whole bunch pressed and aged in large foudres, the final wine shows ripe red cherry and plum fruits with a hint of cinnamon and spice on the finish. Plump, fruity and quite moreish. This can be enjoyed chilled over the summer months and pairs well light meat dishes or pasta dishes.
