The palate carries these flavours with a touch of spice on the finish. Domaine Montrose Rosé is a perfect summer Rosé for those hot, clear blue skied days paired alongside salads, white meats or fish.
Domaine Montrose, currently in its 9th generation, has belonged to the Caste family since 1701. Situated in the South of France in the Languedoc, a few kilometres from Pézenas and the Mediterranean Sea, Montrose practice a minimalist approach to winemaking, focusing less on power and exuberance, but more on finesse and elegance, and it certainly shows!
