Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Charmois Paul Pillot 2020

Produced from grapes sourced from Pillot's premier cru 'Les Charmois' parcel in Saint-Aubin. Pillot rarely uses more than 20% new oak in the maturation of his wines and this shows here. Fresh and forward on the nose with aromas of summer meadow flowers balanced with citrus, oats and a whiff of honey. The palate is juicy and bright revealing a pithy minerality balanced alongside citrus and buttery bakery notes.  Fantastic length and energy on the finish. Perfect accompanied with a Sunday roast or fresh fish. Drink now or hold.
