Sancerre Rouge Domaine Vacheron 2022 | Organic

One of Sancerre's leading producers, Domaine Vacheron has been certified Biodynamic and Organic since 2005 with minimal intervention and hand-harvesting. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on a combination of flint and chalk soils, with indigenous yeast fermentation and aged in a combination of French oak barriques and foudres. Domaine Vacheron Rouge shows a pretty, clear red in colour with intoxicating red berry and spice aromas. The delicate palate shows purity of red fruits of raspberry, strawberry and red cherry with a pomegranate and spice finish. Pair with grilled chicken, charcuterie or simply enjoyed on its own.
