To find a good Chinon takes some local knowledge as the quality can vary enormously between producers, but this wine shows all the quality expected from Ladoucette. This Cabernet Franc wine is fermented and pumped over the skins for 15 days prior to undergoing malolactic fermentation in vat and storage in stainless steel to retain freshness before bottling. Intense, refined and fruity with hints of cherry, strawberry and spice.
