Made from a blend consisting of 90% Mencia and the rest from other native varietals from the Ribeira Sacra in Spain. Lusciously refreshing red, brimming with redcurrant and raspberry fruits alongside cherries, some wildflowers and a slight hint of coffee. This follows through to the palate where fresh acidity and mouth-watering texture give it good structure. If you are fond of Pinot Noir or Rhone Valley Syrah, then this should be on your to-try list!
