Fattoria La Rivolta Aglianico del Taburno 2019 | Organic

Harvested in late October, fermented in stainless steel and aged for 18 months in 25hl French oak barrels. The assembled wine then spends a further twelve months in bottle before being released to the market. It's got the expected weight but there's also balance and freshness to it; something that's often missing in wines of this variety.
