Fernando de Castilla Antique Fino

Fernando de Castilla Antique Fino is carefully selected from Fernando de Castilla's classic Fino and is aged for a further 4 years without any movements, except for monitoring the condition of the Flor yeast. Prior to being bottle, the wine is fortified again to 17% alcohol. The result is a glorious Sherry rich in body, complexity and length. Salted walnuts, almonds and zesty citrus are all present on the palate, with a lingering saltiness on the finish. Pair with smoked mackerel, cured cheeses or Paella. A superb, matured Fino.
