Fernando de Castilla Classic Pedro Ximenez has been an all-time favourite here at Hennings. Opaquely dark mahogany in colour with a seductive nose of intense dried fruits (raisins, prunes and dates) coupled with brown spices of nutmeg and clove. Lovely balance of sweetness married well with the intense and complex flavours freshened by a slice of acidity. A sickly-sweet delight reminiscent of Christmas cake in a glass, we love it!
