Picpoul de Pinet Prestige Foncalieu 2023

A relatively unknown style of wine in the UK, (but very well known to us!) Picpoul de Pinet Prestige is produced in the flat lands on the costal side of Montpellier. Very distinctive, with a lovely balance between fresh, crunchy minerality and soft, ripe exotic fruit. A wonderful pairing with seafood.
