Yep, a Grappa made from Nebbiolo pomace by Piedmont's iconic Gaja family. This spirit is selected from the 'heart' (middle bit) of the distillation, so it's lovely and smooth. Dried fruit aromas and some lovely spice. Enjoy it straight or perhaps in a coffee when you're flagging?
