A very accessible, easy-drinking Fino Sherry from Gonzales Byass. Aged for approximately 3 years, his has distinctive 'flor' characteristics balanced with savoury almond and ripe pear notes. Dry, fresh and very drinkable. A perfect partner with fish, soft cheeses or cured meats.
