A blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Gamay, with a minimum of 15 months ageing. Salmon pink with aromatic aromas of strawberry, red cherry and tart green fruits. The palate starts with a brisk acidity and minerality combining red fruits of strawberry and cherries. The finish is long and clean with a subtle creaminess.
