Created in homage to Henri Champliau's passion for horse racing. Petrone 68 Blanc de Blancs is a blend of Chardonnay, Colombard and Ugni Blanc, fermented by the Charmat method. The bubbles are engaging and refreshing with a palate of crunchy orchard and pear fruits. The finish is clean with a citrus zing. Lovely on its own or with white meats and Mediterranean salad.
