Boco by House Coren 2021

An energetic new addition to our range. Boco by House Coren undergoes the Charmat method of fermentation providing freshness. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay provide pure fruits of raspberry and cranberry with peach and pear. Zesty citrus finishes of the palate with a fine minerality. Great with shellfish, charcuterie or simply on its own, especially coming in at only 11.5% abv!

And the name 'Boco'? Well, we've been informed that it derives from the French term 'beaucoup' meaning 'lots of/more'.
