Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spatlëse is an exemplary example awash with herbs and zingy lemon on the nose. With time this opens up to violets and dried flowers alongside the initial aromas of lime zest and lemon pith. Edgy and with a slight phenolic bite, mineral and detailed through the finish, this is both more intense and seemingly more slender than either Kabinett.

The palate is a juicy, rounded but tingling picture of tangerine. Aromatic, deliciously tart but wonderfully ripe, with that scented, balancing, zesty tang of tangerine peel.
