Joseph Perrier Brut Nature NV

Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Brut Nature NV is a striking new release from our dear friends Joseph Perrier in Champagne. Based on the 2013 vintage, this zero dosage (sugar free) Brut Nature Champagne comprises of 62% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier. This has spent 72 months ageing in their historical cellars and achieves that rare balance between vigour and depth showing apple and pears together with peach, nectarine and spices. The finish is bright and racy with subtle pepper notes coming through towards the end. Pairs superbly with sushi and shellfish or Asian cuisine. Really top-notch stuff and an absolute bargain!
