Created from a combination of 70% ex-Bourbon, 20% ex-Pedro Ximénez and 10% ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, the end result is a cornucopia of luscious flavours, marrying together Kilchoman's distinct zesty citrus fruits and pungent peat smoke alongside layers of freshly picked orchard fruits, dark chocolate and treacle toffee.
