“Pretty deep intensity of a colour that looks like pale tomato juice. Rose-petal aromas. Pretty aggressive mousse and light tannins on the end. This is quite an assertive pink champagne. It's not going to keep quiet as you enjoy your Valentine's dinner but may do a certain amount of interrupting. Red-berry fruit certainly in evidence before the tannins.
