Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin is made from wild Sussex hops cultivated in just one acre of a thirty acre hop farm in Salehurst, East Sussex. The result is a gin bursting with amazing citrus and hop aromatics. The palate exudes more of the same, with an additional dose of juniper, spices and subtle bittersweet notes. Enjoy neat or paired with a splash of Mediterranean tonic.
