Mount Brown Pinot Gris 2023

This is wonderfully flavoured, capturing the minerality of the gravel soils. It has upfront fruit with lovely pear and peach flavours. Some sublte quince and spice notes add complexity, with a residual (7g) result in a medium-full palate with a fresh finsh. Lovely with stir fryed food with a subte spice aswell as pork and white meats.
