Mount Brown Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown on the Waipara Valley in Marlborough. The grapes benefit from greater temperature variation between night and day, keeping yields lower, resulting in higher quality fruit. Revealing intense aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and ripe tropical fruits. The palate leads with pineapple and passionfruit flavours backed up by a lemon-lime minerality finishing crisp and refreshing. Perfect with roasted vegetables,, salmon on simply an end of day tipple.
