The cool Casablanca Valley allows winds from the nearby ocean to create superb growing conditions for white grapes, particularly Sauvignon Blanc and this elegant Chardonnay. Richly textured from time spent in barrel, this boasts flavours of Mediterranean fruits (apple, tangerine and pear) with melted butter and freshly baked bread on the finish. Pear with rich lasagne dishes or creamy pasta.
