Nyetimber 1086 Rosé (complete with the iconic metal label) is the result of Eric Heerema’s unique vision and a celebration of the skills of Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs. A first for English Sparkling Wine, this Prestige Cuvee Rosé is produced entirely from 100% estate-grown fruit, selected parcel-by-parcel. A blend celebrating the red-fruited purity of Pinot Noir (75%) balanced alongside the floral and creamy notes of Chardonnay (25%). Silky and elegant with complex summer fruits fighting for attention balanced with a lovely textural richness on the finish (thanks to the long lees ageing).
